Heaven and Earth are one; there is no barrier between them.
The High Heavenly Plain is the high heavenly plain
which covers all countries of the world,
and the Sun Goddess is the goddess who reigns in that heaven.. .

There is not a single country in the world
which does not receive her beneficent illuminations…
